Oil extraction plant produces soybean oil, as well as soybean meal, which is an integral component in the production of protein animal feed.
Realization of the first phase of the project required 250 million rubles; the second phase in 2017 was the construction of vegetable oil refining and bottling line. The plant is equipped with the most modern facilities for the production of higher quality products.
The production line is equipped with the facilities for removing the soybean seeds hulls. This allows to increase the protein content in the soybean meal by 2-3% and reduce the oil content to 0.5%.
To date, the plant's annual capacity is 240 tons, which is 84 000 tons of soybeans per year. The production capacity allows the enterprise to produce 64 000 tons of soybean meal and 14 000 tons of oil.
The annual production capacity of the soybean oil refining line is 15 000 tons. That is 15 million bottles by a volume of 1 liter, or 3 million bottles by a volume of 5 liters, under the well-known trademark "Amur Pearl".
At all stages of the technological process, strigent quality control of products is applied, starting with laboratory testing of raw materials according to all GOST requirements, and ending with the finished products quality control.
The total storage capacity of the grain yard is up to 47 000 tons for simultaneous storage of oats, wheat and soybeans.
All products are certified and comply with standards. The enterprise has implemented a security management system that includes the HACCP principles.
