For the first time in Russia, the Amur enterprise established the supply of soybean meal to Japan
The business process in that area has been launched for the first time in Russia, said Stepan Iniutochkin, Executive Director of "Soya ANK" LLC. The first trial consignment of 102 tons was received by the importing enterprise and checked for quality. The examination confirmed that the product meets high quality standards and is non-GMO."According to the customs information that we requested, that's the first time that non-GMO soybean meal was exported from Russia to Japan. A consignment of 102 tons was shipped at the end of November and in December the importing company received it, made the payment, and checked it for quality: the product meets high standards, the product is non-GMO", – comments Stepan Iniutochkin.
The importer was a large Japanese enterprise, which includes about 10 factories for the production of animal feed for farm animals. The next batch to be shipped for them from the Amur Region will be of 200 tons. "Our future plans are to increase the monthly volume of supply up to one thousand tons", – Iniutochkin noted.
Having established cooperation with enterprises in Japan, "Soya ANK" is negotiating with potential importers from other countries of the Asia-Pacific Region, particularly, with South Korea and China.
We receive requests for the supply of not only soybean meal but also soybean oil, lecithin, fatty acids. Countries such as Vietnam and the Philippines have a demand for feed wheat.
- We are competitive in terms of cargo delivery by container shipping, and thus, we are capable of shipping volumes up to 500 tons. Bulk transportation (Editor's note: non-packaged goods transportation) in consignments of up to 3000-5000 tons is not yet possible because of the lack of infrastructure, – said Iniutochkin.
"Soya ANK" is an oil extraction plant that has been producing soybean oil since 2014, as well as soybean meal - an essential component in the production of protein animal feed. The production facilities allow the enterprise to produce 50 thousand tons of soybean meal and 10 thousand tons of oil.
The second line production capacity:
15 000 tons of refined soybean oil per year, which is 15 million bottles by a volume of 1 liter or 3 million bottles by a volume of 5 liters under the new trademark "Amur Pearl".
In 2018, the company became the winner of the "Best Exporter of 2018" competition in the nomination "Food and Processing Industry", and "Amur Pearl" soybean oil brand won a prestigious award of the All-Russian competition "Sunny Mercury - 2018", Saint Petersburg.
Among the advantages of the plant, the company highlights modern automated production, the use of high-quality non-GMO raw materials of Amur Region origin, an in-house laboratory, a strong industrial and warehouse complex with a well-managed system of technical processes and logistics.
